  1. Course Materials and Resources

  1. Student Refund Eligibility
  • As per our refund policy, refunds are only issued in extreme cases such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Please note the following:

    • For general cases (not involving extreme medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances), the fee for attended sessions will be deducted, along with a 40% deduction from the remaining balance. If you have completed 30% or more of the course, no refund will be provided.
    • For extreme medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, a 30% deduction will apply to the remaining balance.
    • The one-time admission fee is non-refundable.
  1. Workshop Policy
  • Non-Refundable: Workshop fees are strictly non-refundable. However, participants may request rescheduling to a future workshop of the same type or transfer their registration to another individual. Such requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop date.
  1. Rescheduling and Transfers
  • Rescheduling by Participants: Participants may request to reschedule their enrollment to a future course or workshop of the same type, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the original course or workshop start date.
  • Transfer of Enrollment: Participants may transfer their enrollment to another individual, provided the transfer request is made at least 7 days before the course or workshop start date and the transferee meets all eligibility criteria.

  • Cancellation: In the event that a course or workshop is canceled by ArtVilla Academy, participants will be offered the option to enroll in an alternative course or workshop or receive a credit applicable towards future offerings.
  • Rescheduling: If ArtVilla Academy reschedules a course or workshop, participants may choose to attend the rescheduled session or request a credit if the new dates are not feasible.
